Most of you know me as Wes, but “Dale” has been a nickname most my life. I live in Hood River, Oregon, where I grow all my own peppers in my backyard garden. I started making hot sauce after realizing that eating the raw Ghost Peppers I grew “just for fun” was not all that much fun.

Each year, I experiment by growing different peppers—25 varieties this year—and tinkering with ingredients. The sauces are all made by me, by hand, in very small batches. The spice levels and flavor vary slightly year to year, as I use different peppers and adjust the recipe. I am incredibly grateful for everyone’s support. Enjoy!
